Sample Dyeing Machine is specially designed for developing samples of fibers / yarns. Capacity of dyeing machine is calculated by the yarn to be dyed. The formula calculated in Sample Dyeing Machine is used in production Unit. Sample Dyeing Machines are controlled by programmable controller known as semi automatic controls. The Dyeing Vessel is single so single colour can be dyed at a time. It is an easy to handle and very flexible tool for every package dyeing plant. It has the same functional features as of the production machine. i.e. liquor ratio ,flow rate, process technique which can be applied with slight adjustment to an industrial production machines. Any development which can be performed in the industrial production can be implement first on the sample machine. The no. of sample machine can be interlinked to allow several samples to be dyed at different temperature and pressure and thus increase the sampling of the machine.
